Ran to target and did a pax’s choice ab circuit of flutters, LBC, and American hammers.

Ran to PetSmart for some partner work:

-1 partner plank shoulder touches, 1 partner karaoke half way, run, karaoke half run back
-1 partner wall sit, 1 partner bear crawl halfway run back
-1 partner plank shoulder touches, 1 partner side shuffle halfway, run, side shuffle halfway, run
-donkey kicks – sprint to end

Ran to Brooklyn for some more partner work:
-1 partner runs to Hickory and back, 1 partner dips
