I haven’t been to too many Border Patrols so I browsed Strava last night to see what the “regulars” usually do. It seems one of the most common routes is to depart the Millbridge Clubhouse towards Kensington Rd and then head straight to Walnut Creek and cross the border along the Ridgehaven Rd loop. Then continuing on they would follow Carrington Dr all the way to the end before doing a few back and forths and then crossing the border again back into Millbridge for a final jaunt down Millbridge Pkwy to the clubhouse.
Naturally, I did the exact opposite of this, much to everyone’s surprise (and disgust). Apparently no one likes running a long, steep hill just a minute into an hour long run. Who knew?
