Mosey to Millbridge club house parking lot. Team up and do 150 merkins (after audible), 200 dips, 200 step ups. Mosey back towards COT area to get ready to get started. At circle did some abs.
Next converted to Paula Abdul’s. 5 burpees the 5 Big Boys for 9 trees 45 of each for those counting.
Then we played with some rocks (curls, tris, OH press and squats), ran up some stairs then beat crawls with American Hammers, crawl bears and something else
Back to COT to do a circle and a Burbee to grow on.
