-Arm circles, seal claps, and squats.

THE THANG:

-EMOM timer

-2 burpees
-4 merkins
-6 big boy sit-ups
-8 squats

If you finish before the minute, do side straddle hop (or rest).

Simple concept, but nonstop for 40 minutes, so definitely got tiring.

But, if you completed all of the reps, that is…
-80 burpees
-160 merkins
-240 big boy sit-ups
-320 squats

The “original resistance workout” = body weight resistance. If you want to lift heavy things, start with lifting your own body. 👊
