Mosey to MS picknick area.
20 dips, 20 step ups (10 each leg), 15 inclined merkins. run one lap around the sports field. repeato.
Mosey to rock pile, partner up.
one partner runs a lap as the timer with 2 burpees in the opposite corner. the other partner is doing the exercise: curls, tri‘s, overhead presses
Mosey to parking lot.
Starfish with 2 burpees in the middle and 10 merkins, 10 squats, 10 Freddy Merkuries / Floaters (2is1), 10 SSH in the corners.
Mosey back to COT, short Abs circle aaand time…!
