We started out with a little mosey, some warm up exercises, and then went right into it. As a reminder, Welsh Dragon is 4 bear crawls, 1 merkin, 1 plank jack (in cadence), 1 shoulder tap (in cadence). Then 4 more bear crawls and go up to 2 merkins, 2 plank jacks (I/C), and 2 shoulder taps (I/C). Continuing on until you get to 10.
It definitely wears out the shoulders and, depending on the smoothness of the pavement (or if you brought gloves), it definitely wears out the hands, as well.
We then did some partner work, some Lieutenant Dan, and an Ab web before finishing off with a Jack web.
