– Just as YHC was pulling up, the Ignition crew was heading out with Recalc alongside a bunch of ruckers. Either a lot of people really like Recalc, really dislike YHC, or are just resting up for the epic pre-beatdown tomorrow with the “Battle for the Haw”.
– In any case, still 7 Flashers (er…pax attending Flash) and we got our moneys worth.
– Plenty of warmup, shoulder burner, and then some partner work around the front of the middle school.
– Then we headed over to the stairs for a Triple Nickel of Mike Tyson’s and Tennessee Rocking Chairs.
– Some wall work by the shed and then a final stretch up the long walkway running backwards and doing “Perfect Merkins” at every light.
