What had happened was: THE TOUR OF CUTTY 🚌
The Tour of Cutty officially kicked off with a 1-mile mosey at varying speeds — because apparently we couldn’t agree on what “mosey” actually means! 😂
Then we rolled into the Rings & Flat Marker Cone Extravaganza:
🔹 Bear Crawl from ring to cone
🔹 15 Squats
🔹 10 Burpees and Merkins alternate
🔹 5 Rounds — because apparently one round wasn’t enough suffering!
After that beatdown, we moseyed back to the starting point for some Romanian Deadlifts with the rings. Hamstrings were introduced to the Tour of Cutty whether they liked it or not!
Next stop: Hopscotch beside the field. Nothing says F3 like grown men playing recess games while trying not to pull a hamstring. 😂
