– First of all, we included the “exercise of the week” —> Tennessee Rocking Chairs. At first Elmers thought he wanted to do them for the whole workout, but decided against it after only 15.
– We created a new exercise that we are tentatively naming the “British Moroccan Riverdance” (trademark pending). #OnlyAtMountX
– We saw another dramatic first in Fuse Box taking his shirt off. We were tempted to stop and do the family photo right there, but did not and now the evidence is lost forever.
– We listened to just a sampling of Elmers’ extensive/eclectic playlist, including “Enter Sandman”, “Dixieland Delight”, and “Mmmbop”.
There were many other antics and adventures that you would have had to be there to appreciate. :man-shrugging:
Oh, and we all got in a good workout and some point, also. :thinking_face: :muscle:
