Here’s what we did. I created a “Good Vibes” music playlist to see how many complaints it would generate and explained the Tabata style workout. Time for intervals!
Work for 1 minute with a 20 second rest in between. Exercises were:

• Seal Claps with bricks
• Squats with Coupon
• Merkins on Coupon
• Moroccan Night Club with Bricks

ROUND #3
• Overhead Claps with Bricks
• Toe Taps on Coupon
• Bench Press with Coupon
• LBCs with Coupon
• Burpees
In between rounds we ran a lap around Mount X.
