Another amazing (yet humid) morning for a trail run. Not quite sure it would happen, but the night before some of us HCd cause we are stupid like that. The grab-the-bull -by-the-horns kinda stupid.
WARMUP: Some dynamic stretching, each at his own pace and choice of exercises.
THE THANG: Turn your headlamps on (or not), por on your vests (or not), and move. Some hiked, some went for a short-but-fast run, some went for slow mosey, and some decided to complete the whole trail.
