What had happened was: YHC went out early to get rid of any spider webs and check the trails for wet spots. (Insert school boy snickering and a #TWSS). Made it back to COT just in time for a hot start. Delivered DiCCS on the mosey out via the gravel drive.

8 men went out in the woods and 8 came back. 2 rucked and 6 ran varying distances of the Carolina Thread Trail. 3 of the 6 came back relatively unscathed and 3 hit the deck and may have a sore shoulder or back tomorrow when they wake. Rockslide, Dasher and YHC get the #tuck-and-roll award for paper trail on the 3/30/24 episode.

Great to be out in the woods with men of shared values and shared embrace of the suck that is trail running.
