Jog to football fields and ruck off: 50 x merkins, 50 x situps. Complete two times. Run to the end zone between each round.
20 x Squats with ruck over head. 20 x 4-count Flutter Kicks. 20 x Ruck High Pulls. 20 x 4-count Mountain Climbers. Complete 3 times. Mosey 100yards after each round.
Mosey back to COT.
40 x “Get up. Get down”. Like a most guys in Waxhaw’s crappy burpee. Stop when the first person is done. 60 second plank.
