WARMUP: Everyone ran a little late, Radar was the last one in. Jingles and IG ruck around and place the instructional cones – thanks Transporter.
THE THANG: Do laps with stops at cones do the exercises as instructed. Supposed to be warmer but Jingles got us warmed up. Get familiar with the new 60# sandbag and bring along the 40# and other 60#; leave behind the new 80# sandbag.
