Warm-up: We started today with dynamic stretches (legs and calves) since the focus would be on the lower body for the first 30 minutes of the workout.
The Thang: Three outposts up and down Keith-Jong Hill. We performed 10 “Burpees over Ruck” on the outpost atop the hill. The second outpost (bottom of the hill) was dedicated to squats: 10 standard squats on our way down, and 10 Cossack squats on our way up. The third outpost was the parking lot at the end of the street. There, we went for 20 “Ruck Plank Slides”.
Repeato up and down the street until 5:45 am.
For the second 30 minutes, we paired with someone and discussed all 3 questions posed in the HW. 7-8 minutes per question:
– What’s your reason for being fit? Elaborate
– Strengths and weaknesses regarding your 3S2T. Elaborate
– Who are you following in your path to fitness/leadership? Elaborate.
One PAX had to take the lead and steer the group in any direction he felt when switching topics.
