What had happened was:
We took the familiar path to Cutty and back and got 3.6 miles in with no rain and pleasant temps. Didn’t delve into conspiracy theories today but lots of talk about families and close friends.

Take home point is if you feel led to check on your parents or close friends as Nike would say JUST DO IT! None of us are guaranteed tomorrow and being there for someone quite possibly will mean more than you’ll ever know and certainly more valuable than the sacrifice of your time. Hold tight to those you love and don’t be afraid to tell them.
