Primary concern was the safety of Cafe-teria. Once confirmed we started on our way.
Moseyed to the large parking lot on the way to 521. In honor of skipping Calf Stretches and Downward Dog at flash on Monday, after some SSH and Moroccan Night Clubs we got some stretch in. Damascus you’re welcome.
Many accusations (and none denied specifically, interesting for a lawyer :thinking_face:) that Paper Jam is both faking an injury to stack his team for WTF and that the trophy that he won last year has been a bit too conveniently stolen with no idea to it’s whereabouts.
Headed out to 521 with 10 Merkins and 10 Squats at each light. On the return we did 10 Big Bois and 10 Flutters.
Back in the parking lot we did a sprint circuit to each island. Once the island was reached do Bear Crawls or Lunges. 10 Mike Tysons at the start and middle of each circuit. Did 3 circuits in total.
Headed back towards COT to re-ensure the Cafe-teria was not swarmed and to turn the coffee on.
Laps around the soccer field. broke it up into opposite corners. Speed Skaters and Dry Docks for one set of corners, Ab Exercises of the Pax choosing for the other.
Two laps accomplished with some spare time. Got some Step-Ups and Dips in before getting mileage in to reach 3 miles for the workout.
