AO: Short Circuit

What had happened was: Great AO to Q, a lot of room to roam and endless possibilities. My (bad) idea was to do exercises in shifting squares (rectangles) and move through the neighborhood. Each square was actually a square and a half in order to move on to the next square? It made sense to me at the time. Anyway, idea was to increase reps of the exercises (merkins, squats, plank jacks) from 5 to 10 to 15 and then back down to 5. But by the 3rd square and 180 merkins our arms were toast so adjusted exercises as we made our way back. Finished with 3.5ish miles and enough exercises that I have felt it for 2 days. As always great on-site cafe-teria and camaraderie.
