5 burpees OYO, perform exercise 20x, run around pond:
Goblet squat
Romanian deadlift
Merkins
Bent over rows
Reverse lunges 1 is 1
Dead bugs
Repeato substituting hurleys for burpees
Mosey back to parking lot at start
Mary until COT with pax running individually to end of parking lot and backwards back.
It might have been a bad idea but we all pushed hard. Almost 4 miles and 2 sets of full-body exercises. Great AO with the best on-site cafeteria around. Salud!
