“Are they on me!!??” One pax yelled as he was bitten by a few red ants in the middle of the sidewalk. He didn’t listen to Rain Man’s wisdom always watching out for the cracks where the ants like to roam, even on the concrete sidewalks.

“Beat them off!!” he kept yelling. After the murder ants were beaten off we were able to continue and that happened in the first half mile.

Deadwood and Rain Man joined the Bad-Ass Headband Club (BAHC) this morning and aren’t turning back. Who knew fashion statements from the 80s were actually really helpful in keeping sweat from the eyes and doesn’t hold in the heat like a hat.

We ran some, did some exercises, it was cool. You should have been there.

Sugar Daddy- Joe Gummersbach was kicking my a$$ this morning, pushing the pace after the Q told him the destination of where we were stopping next.

The Q learned that alcohol and exercise don’t mix very well. When the Garmin heartrate monitor exceeds 200 something isn’t right.

Great to see Deadwood and Rain Man on the Redneck side of the state line. Hopefully the workout and free coffee afterwards justified the travel time.

Kid Rock was there for support, after his pre-run and this bootcamp, he might do a real workout later on when the temps are in the 90s and he’s not slowed down by the Q.
