Warmup mosey around the circle and into the streets of Walnut Creek and back to COT for some stretching.
Shirt Mosey to the ponds where we did three circuits of alternating chest/shoulders and abs.
At starting point do 10x Mike Tyson’s and run to the opposite circle and do 10x big boy sit up for three rounds. 15x merkins and 15x toe tap crunches, 20x dry docks and 20x pistol lbcs.
Mosey to traffic circle. Starting there do burpee ladder up to 5 at each street lamp on right. Ladder down on the way back with super t-merkins and shirt mosey to COT where we finished with Lieutenant Dan up to 7/28 and ran out of time.
Great group today. Good conversation and very little complaining, if any. Probably should have made it a little tougher on these guys in hindsight site.
