What had happened was: We stayed together as a group, covered 3+ miles in Walnut Creek. We lifted cinderblocks, worked the core, and got smoked (and almost run over by a few cars) doing a lot of a Shoulder Tap Merkin + Parker Peter exercise out to 521. Paper Jam was a little nervous but not sure if that’s because of the cars or the fact that we did strength work!

Finished with Cafe-teria at the gazebo but some opted for fresh fruit over the black & white cookies. I may have eaten them on the drive home. :man-shrugging:

Wishing Kid Rock and Rubbermaid the best at the Charlotte Marathon tomorrow. I know you’re going to crush 4 hours! :muscle:
