What had happened was: With being unfamiliar with the area, we started running. Flip Phone was there to keep us from getting lost while padding his weekly miles. Big Daddy Singlet crushed it and made us all look weak and silly. New gig for ChunkySoup allowed his appearance, you think he had been doing this every morning.
We ran up hill, down hill and all over with exercises mixed in.
Celebrated the morning with Chocolate donuts and iced coffee.
