A little mosey, some warm up exercises, and on to fan favorite “Welsh Dragon”. It’s been a tour this last week spreading this new exercise across Waxhaw and now South of the border.

Followed that up with some Triple Nickel of perfect merkins and Tennessee Rocking Chairs, more running, an Ab web, and some partner/triplet work.

With the amount of complaining enthusiasm from one of the site Q’s, I’m sure I’ll be invited back soon to Q again. 😉
