What had happened was: Mosey around the parking lot and stop for COP: SSH x 15, 5 merkins OYO, IW x 15, 5 merkins OYO, LBC x 15, 5 merkins OYO and then the THANG: Partner up and one does pull-ups the other runs to the thread trail entrance (2 rounds), then mosey to the rock pile, grab a rock 15 curls then run to the little gazebo for 15 dips (3 rounds), then mosey to the rock pile by the ball fields, grab a rock and goto home base on the softball field. Start at home base rifle carry the rock to each base, at each base do curls, 10-20-30 when you get to home, drop the rock and run the bases. Rinse and repeat with tricep curls and then shoulder presses. Mosey to the parking lot for merkin beast. Start on one side of the parking lot, at 3 islands do 6 reps of the called exercise (6-6-6) and run back to the start. Regular merkins, wide arm merkins, then incline merkins. Mosey down to the other parking lot and back (we had to get our 3 miles in) and when we return 4 corners of LBCs tel:10-20-30-40 reps. Mosey under the shelter for 5 minutes of broga and we were done.
