What had happened was:
When those stadium lights popped on 6 PAX went to work!
A quick lap around the track was followed by some much needed stretches before we hit the bleachers.

🏟Game time: Rucks on and a hard rock soundtrack fueled 6 go-hards up and down those devil bleachers more times than a man can count in the early a.m.
At the top and bottom we took a stair break to knock out: Mericans, Squats, Thrusters, and Step Ups escalating reps each round.
Another lap followed by big boys and burpees oh and then a lot more stairs finishing with a grinder to make sure there was no gas left in the tank.
