The hype around our Tuesday workout is growing. New PAX continue to reach out and ask what it’s all about. Word spreads and most really seem to appreciate the benefits.
Today was no different. Sugar Daddy- Joe Gummersbach, Premature, and Dunkin were first timers.
Great to see some new faces every week… I truly enjoy helping other PAX learn some new workouts, or be able to pinpoint and strengthen a few specific support muscles that they routinely neglect.
Singlet – Justin Nelson is becoming a pro at this point as Damascus is just a pro at complaining about all the workouts before we start them! Although next week, he is at the helm… YHC needs to brush up on his whining and complaining skills!
