What had happened was:
Chilly morning. Fired up the country bangers playlist on Spotify…still not sure exactly what that means. Jumped right in to 3 rounds:
60 second calf raises – prime the pump
Low slow goblet squat
Reverse lunges
Kick stand RDL
Step ups with eccentric step downs
Dead bugs with dumbbell
1 leg glute bridge
Side planks with banded leg lift
Side shuffle
Lateral lunges
Good to have this workout going again. I stayed healthier running last year than I usually do, and I’m pretty sure I owe it to consistently strengthening leg and core muscles. Hope to see more pax out here in the future.
