Salient highlights = This was another famous Tennessee Miyagi workout but Posse took it to a whole different level making up all kinds of stuff that is too creative to be in the F3 database. Sun Drop almost has his Ph.D in motivators. Peaches can’t get enough chest presses. Endo had to get the Tennessee Rocking Chairs in. COT = Brother’s please pray for Peaches Dad – Frank. Very serious health things happened; Frank is in recovery mode but likely is facing a difficult recovery journey.
