Mosey to hill for set of 1 HR merkin at bottom & 9 BB at top (+1 merkin, -1 BB each round) with backward mosey up and forward down for 9 rounds (my knees say thanks), mosey to rock pile for last circuit 10x of: low curl, full curl, high curl, OHP, tricep press, bent-over row & repeated for second circuit maybe missing rows at end. Mosey toward COT and did burpees for 1 minute until out of time.

MOLESKIN After roughly 3 years the Appetizer has served us well. It was great to get to know the regulars like Xerox, Southern Tip, Gobbles and old timers like Hi-Hat and Rock as well as the more recent regulars like Soggy, Hatchet and many others who dropped in now and then for an extra push in their day. I enjoyed the extra challenge and honestly it was nice to sleep in Tuesdays knowing it wasn’t fart-sacking, just saving my strength for the evening. I’m expect we’ll see some form of evening option in the future and I’m happy to help make it happen. SYITG
