Mosey to the back circle on the cemetery. Let’s do an awful kind of 7s.
1 burpee stay down on all fours and bear crawl to the next corner do 6 push ups. Mosey around the the circle to the beginning. 2 burpees stay down on the second bear crawl to the corner and do 5 merkins. We made it through 3 rounds of bear crawls then 3 rounds of lunges.
