What had happened was: Mosey to top of another bad idea, stretching. Triple nickel with Merkins on each end. Mosey to skate park, some rosalitas to get us thoroughly wet. Mosey to memorial across from Dream Chasers. Partner up. P1 runs around block, 150 Derkins, 150 Dips as a team. Mosey to Cot. Ab web with partner- 1 big boy, 4 AH’s, up to 10 and 40. P2 runs to providence road to Rudy’s Row of porta potty’s. Once finished, repeat. Mosey to covered picnic area, 20 step ups, incline merkins, Derkins. Mosey around the block back to COT. Honestly was hoping lightning would cancel the post, but in the end I’m glad it didn’t. Really no lightning until last 5 minutes. Thanks to those who showed up.
