Belle Ringer
1 center cone with 6 cones about 40-45’ from the center forming kind of a hexagon around the center cone…confused yet. (See F3 Greenwood for actual workout)
Cone 1 – 15 curls
Cone 2 – 10 Goblet Squats
Cone 3 – 10 shoulder press
Cone 4 – 15 Triceps
Cone 5 – 10 shoulder press
Cone 6 – 10 upright rows
Counterclockwise – each pax start at a cone, one had two.
Do the exercise, rifle carry to the center cone. 2 manmakers the farmer carry back to next cone. 10 BB at each cone before doing the exercise.
