SSH, Moroccan Night clubs, Plank, Calf stretch, Flapjack, Mountain Climbers
THE THANG:
3 exercise sets with 20 step-ups in between to get as many rounds completed within a 3 minute set.

4 Big Bois – 8 Squats – 12 OH Presses
4 Merkins – 8 Rows – 12 Curls
4 Burpees – 8 Goblet Squats – 12 Tricep Extensions
4 Plank Jacks – 8 Lunges – 12 Skull Crushers

Went through this twice and needed to make stuff up as the Q tried to figure out the math on how long this would all take way too late last night.

Rifle Carry to each island for some more growth with the other Pax calling out some exercises.

RC back to COT for some planks, stretches and finished with some have a nice day.
