THE THANG: 5 pain stations with 3 exercises at each one.
One pax drags the firehose around the island as a timer.
The remaining pax does one of the exercises until firehose is returned to starting position.
Station 1: LBC, Flutter, Freddy Mercury
Station 2: Shoulder Press, Lateral Raises, Bent Over Rows
Station 3: Plank, Chest Press, American Hammers
Station 4: Merkin, Burpee, Bear Crawl
Station 5: Triceps, Goblet Squat, KB Swings.
Rinse and repeat through the list as needed.
Much complaining about rest stations and the need to have a nice day as the workout went on which made the Q happy.
