5 minute warmup previewing the various exercises and then a little OYO.
Then 40 rounds of the following every minute on the minute:
-2 burpees
-4 merkins
-6 big boy sit-ups
-8 squats
-10 side straddle hops
Simple but very challenging.
If you complete it all, that adds up to:
-80 burpees
-160 merkins
-240 big boy sit-ups
-320 squats
-400 side straddle hops
This is the third time that YHC has Q’ed this workout and the first time that Rockslide said he has completed it.
YHC completed it with a 20-lb. weight vest (gotta do it if you’re gonna Q it).
Phone died with about 10 minutes left because it was so cold (about 25 degrees), but we stayed warm with the constant movement.
