What had happened was: Landfill asked me to Q, then messaged, sorry I am in Myrtle Beach, all good hope you had fun.

Hatchet showed up a minute late and started talking about not sure he was going to make it after having Chocolate milk and some challenge with his shorts.

We did a nice mosey, then warm up, some corner work, then we went over to the Target parking lot and did sprints for each row before making our way over to the other side of the AO near the government building for some rock sets, one arm carolina dry docks and some merkins in a plank, with our feet pressed against the wall.

Great group today and AO site, darn 5:14 is early, but had a great time.
