[body_shop] Run the Ladder at Bodyshop

What had happened was:

We ran around the school and did some exercises at each stop, then we made our way to the street with the lights for some ladder work, adding an exercise each light and always start with the first exercise.

Made our way to the rock pile near the Firehouse for some rock work, then some bear crawl and crawl bear at the Firehouse.

Went back down the ladder at each light on the way back, removing the top exercise.

Finally, some work against the wall.
