Then we got right into the main event, which involved partnering up and grabbing two coupons.
Partner 1 farmer carries the two coupons across the parking lot and back while Partner 2 does a called exercise. Repeat 3x each.
Round 1: Cut a Flip (5 merkins, 10 big boys)
Round 2: Tennessee Rocking Chairs
Round 3: Curls and tricep extensions
Round 4: Squat Thrusters
Round 5: Bent over rows
We mixed up the farmer carries with rifle carries a couple of times and added an ab web somewhere in the middle, as well.
Finished off with a plank hold and then…time!
