It was a chilly morning so we needed a good warmup. Some Gassers did the trick with varying exercises called in cadence, punctuated by a seemingly random “Run!” thrown in which consisted of suicides across the parking lot.
Next up a series of 4 Corners exercises with Merkins in the first round, Squats and similar in the second round, and abs in the third.
This all took a bit longer than expected and we were already getting close to the 30 minute mark. So after a quick double check with the Site Q, we continued on with some 7s on the steep hill next to the dumpster. Tysons and Squats if you must know.
Back to COT, partner up and grab your bells. Partner one takes both bells and farmer Carrie’s towards the football field while partner two runs there and back and then trades places. Repeato until everyone is at the field
I have since been informed that the next section was a repeat of Recalc’s Q last week but since I wasn’t there it doesn’t matter.
Starting in the end zone do 10 curls then lunge walk (with bell) 10 yards. Do 10 weighted squats then drop the bell and run to the end zone and back. Repeato, always lunging forward 10 yards but always running all the way to the end zone
At the 50 yard line change exercises to shoulder presses and lawnmower pulls and swap the lunge for a bear crawl (with bell)
A few of us were able to finish and did a round of triceps and Simbas but then it was back to COT
