What had happened was:

Posse and I awkwardly stood alone in the parking lot wondering if todays workout would just be a duo. But then some cars started pulling in! Commitment is alive and well!

I gave the disclaimer and then waved goodbye to Tron as he moseyed off for a ruck.

The rest of us did stuff for an hour. You name it, we did it. Lots of variety.
