It was cold so I knew we’d need some movement to keep us from freezing. The Care Bear Square oughta do the trick:
4 cones in a square spaced roughly 20 yards apart
Phase 1:
– Mode of Transportation: Bear Crawl
– Cone 1: 20 Merkins
– Cone 2: 20 Squats
– Cone 3: 20 Big Bois
– Cone 4: 10 Burpees
Phase 2:
– Mode of Transportation: Rifle Carry
– Cone 1: 20 Curls
– Cone 2: 20 Presses
– Cone 3: 20 Triceps
– Cone 4: 10 Blockees
Round 2: Repeato, switching back and forth between the phases. With each round reduce the reps (except burpees/blockees) by 5
