What had happened was: PAX started with mosey and motivators.

Went to parking lot and bear crawled to first parking spot – 9 merkins and skipped back to beginning, bear crawled to second parking spots and completed an exercise with 18 reps. Repeato 6 more times ending with 54 reps of an exercise.

Mosey to get lifting rock. One PAX was time keeper running a lap while rest of PAX completed an exercise. Repeato until all PAX completed a lap.

Next, completed round of Mary of various ab exercises and headed back to COT to complete wall exercises.
