Set 1: Curls, Tri, Military Press
Set 2: Chest Press, Coupon Pull-over, Flys
Set 3: Squats, Mtn Climbers, Lunges
Set 4: LBC’s, Big Boys, Plank
A 1 min walk or stretch I between each set and that took us to time!
