What had happened was:The PAX were warned that we will start with a one Mile Mosey. Started with few stretches at COT! Then we heading off to a very Fast paced Mosey! Smithers and my Self at Sub 9 minute mile. The Whole PAX completed the mile Sub 10 minute mile!World RECORD!!!
On the Yellow brick road we did Paula Abdul
Then did some AB Web. Partner work in front of CMS and completed with an Indian run. Great work everyone.
