What had happened was: So as I pulled up after about 4 hours of sleep I didn’t see anyone in the parking lot for titan. At first I thought I was in the wrong time zone but eventually Chatter and Zin pulled in. Zin with his bandana looked a little more like jack sparrow and with the razzel dazzel marketing I already had my Jack Dawson so I was all jacked up.
Chatter took the lead with some field work with 6 sets of 20 reps at each goal and the 50. We then hit the driveway hill with a couple sets of 20 as well. Shortly I took over and we did combos of kb swings and smash ball work.
Over all we shook off the spring break laziness and got 60 min of work in to prep for next week!
