Mosey the permitted of Providence road and new town road.
Found some great giant platforms that felt like a good 3 1/2 feet high for giant step ups. 20’s. Felt good.

Mosey to back of lot to the hill for sevens combo of Mike Tyson’s and big boys now that we are warmed up.

Mosey to the neighborhood, for alternating reps of Bobby hurleys and dry docks each light.

Finished with mosey back to cot, doing 10 dry docks each light . Upon arriving we did shirt a web till time was called.

2.25 sneaky miles got in. Announcements: convergence Wednesday at Cowbell.
Merry Christmas :gift:

Prayers: thanking for all the many blessing, while also sending special care to those who have lost their loved ones this past year. May this Advent season be a time for healing and active preparation amongst ourselves not only with gifts and lights and trees, but also preparation spiritually. Advent translates from the Greek language to Prepare. Prepare a place in your heart, and perhaps part of preparation is also letting go of some things. From my pastor at church, he shared a litany of things we may not be aware of that could be preventing us from becoming closer or inviting in the Holy Spirit to work inside us. I’ll share 4 out of the 15 as there is plenty to “chew on” here with these…

“HELP US – LET GO OF ALL THAT BLOCKS GOD’S GRACE LITANY OF LETTING GO (Advent)
PURPOSE: TO AWAKEN US on HOW TO PREPARE A PLACE for JESUS WITHIN US
• To help us LET GO OF ALL THAT BLOCKS GOD’S GRACE.
1. LET GO of the Habit of Complaining
WHY LET IT GO:
A COMPLAINING HEART MAKES NO ROOM FOR GRATITUDE. AND GRATITUDE IS THE SOIL WHERE CHRIST GROWS JOY, HOPE, AND PEACE.
2. LET GO of the Desire to Please Everyone
Why let it go:
Trying to satisfy everyone drains the soul. God alone can define your worth, and Christ’s root takes hold when you seek His approval above all.
3. LET GO of Comparing Your Life to Others
Why let it go:
Comparison steals joy and blinds you to your own blessings.
Christ grows best in the unique garden of your life, not someone else’s.
4. LET GO of the Rush to Fix Everything Quickly
Why let it go:
Christ’s growth is slow, deep, and patient. When you try to fix things instantly, you miss the gentlework of His timing.”
