THE THANG: We found some
refuge from the wind under the
middle school entrance canopy where we jammed to some new tunes and some classics while cycling through a 20 minute continuous circuit of 1) 10 push-ups 2) 15 calf raise air squats 3) 10 dips and 4) 15 mountain climbers from a forearm plank position.
We ended by leaving our cave of refuge, rushing headlong into a head wind with a 15 minute finishing run. There was some debate about how much ground we covered but the consensus was somewhere between 1.3 and 10 miles after you account for slope and wind, most leaned more toward the 10 mile figure.
