What had happened was: Mosey around PetSmart parking lot. Warmup without any side straddle hops. The thang – go to the rock pile and partner up and each take a station 1)sandbag carry with 10 bent over rows at the end of the parking lot 2) suitcase carry with 10 curls 3) rifle carry with 10 overhead press 4) sprint with 10 or 5 burpees 5) shuffle with 10 squats while the other partner do AMRAP Mary exercises. Then a plank walk in the parking lot at Chase with 5 merkins at every line. Back to COT with a little q outsourcing.
