WARMUP:
Lap around car line then circle up in the front parking lot for 10 SSH, 10 IWs, 10 windmills, 10 potato pickers, runners stretch
THE THANG:
11s with jump squats and hand clap merkins…bear crawl scout run to the rock pile by the entrance to the parking lot and grab lifting rocks for 20 reps of head, shoulders, knees and toes. Ditch rocks and scout run to the front of the school. Good audible by Tanyatine to us the benches for 3 sets of 5 reps for Bulgarian split squats (per leg) and slow merkins. Short mosey to first lot again and grab some curb for 10 CDDs then broad jump to the other side for 10 dips (2 sets). Back to start for Circle of Mary called exercises.
MARY:
